Travel Fee
Events within 40 km of our office qualify for free travel, including most areas of Toronto and Scarborough, as well as Richmond Hill, Vaughan, Markham, North York, Aurora, Newmarket, and Thornhill.
For events located more than 40 km from our office, an additional travel fee of $1 per km may apply.

Yes! Our premium packages include unlimited prints throughout the service. We also offer a two-prints-per-session option for couples looking for a more streamlined package.

Absolutely. Our design team customizes every template to complement your wedding colours, theme, and overall aesthetic. You can choose from classic 2×6 photo strips or upgrade to premium 4×6 photo cards.
4 / Can we choose our backdrop and props?
Yes! Couples can select from our collection of premium backdrops and props. We can also create customized face cutout props for an extra personal touch.
5 / Do guests receive digital copies of their photos?
Yes. Guests can instantly access and share their photos digitally, and the couple will also receive a private online gallery after the event.
6 / Do you provide an attendant?
Yes. A friendly Shine Up attendant stays with the booth throughout the service to assist guests, manage printing, and make sure everything runs smoothly.
7 / Can you work around our wedding timeline?
Absolutely. We can coordinate with your planner or venue and customize your service timing around cocktail hour, dinner, speeches, and the late-night reception. Our extended-coverage packages are especially designed for weddings that want photo booth service at different points throughout the evening.
8 / Are there any setup or power limitations?
Our setup is designed to be flexible. We use a portable power station, which means the photo booth doesn’t need to be placed directly beside a power outlet. This gives us more flexibility with booth placement while helping minimize visible extension cords — no unsightly cords running across your event space — for a cleaner, more polished, and guest-friendly setup. We’ll confirm any space or venue requirements with you in advance.
